Haley has been a nurse for over 12 years with experience in labor and delivery, neonatal/nursery, postpartum, ICU, and ER. She has been a Nurse Practitioner for over 7 years, with her specialty being pediatrics. Haley has a passion for providing individualized and compassionate care to all children, teens and young adults she meets. She is dedicated to making a difference in her community and those of the surrounding counties.
Haley founded Hometown Pediatrics after recognizing a need in her community for pediatric care that prioritizes the individual child and focuses on formulating a plan of care for each specific child. She vows to provide high-quality care to her patients by always putting her patients at the forefront of her decision-making and providing medical care that focuses on the health and wellness of each patient she encounters.
Haley also recently expanded Hometown Pediatrics to its second location in Perry, GA. After much thought and consideration, she identified a need for more individualized care and conservative treatment plans for the Houston County area. She is so excited to able to bring the care and expertise of Hometown Pediatrics to more kids/families by having TWO locations that are near and dear to her heart.

Emily FNP-C
Emily has been a nurse for 4 years mainly working in the Neonatal ICU. She also has experience in Postpartum Care, Nursery, and Hospice Care. She recently graduated Nurse Practitioner School with a passion to continue pediatrics. Emily has a passion to provide compassionate and more holistic care and is looking forward to taking care of children in the community.
Emily, alongside Haley, is eager to provide high-quality care to her patients by individualizing her care and offering informed consent in all aspects of treatment. Her decision-making will be based on the needs of her specific patient's health with overall wellness as the goal.
Leila, CCMA
Leila has been a certified clinical medical assistant for over 10 years now. You can find her taking vitals, swabbing blood work and administering shots and medicine during your visit. She has experience with people of all ages, but she loves pediatrics. She is excited to be a part of Hometown Pediatrics because she wants to make a difference in the community! She has two daughters and is local to the Pulaski area.
Chassity
Chassity is one of our MAs that has been with us for approx. 1 year. She has an extensive medical background with multiple different areas of expertise and is also certified as a phlebotomist! She loves to see all the kids’ smiling faces. She has a long-time boyfriend, 4 kids and 1 grandchild. She loves to travel and is a Military Veteran.
Mackenzie is one of our front desk receptionists and has been working with us for several years now. She has experience in social media marketing and pediatrics previously. She loves getting to watch all of the kids grow up!
Ashley is one of our part-time MA’s and has been with us since opening at Hometown Peds. She also has an extensive pediatric background and loves children. She is also a lineman’s wife and has 4 children (including TWINS).
Samantha
Samantha is one of our newest MAs and has an extensive medical background but is new to the pediatric population. She is so excited to be able to work with children and is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives. She is a mom of two and a lineman’s wife.
Lauren
Lauren is a Graduate Practical Nurse. You can find her taking vitals, swabbing blood work and administering shots and medicine during your visit. She has been working in healthcare over 8 years now. She loves kids and has 3 of her own! She is excited to be apart of the team and to watch all the local kids grow up to do great things. She is local to the Crisp area.
